FIGHT ZONE USA is a state-of-the-art, 3,000 sq. ft. martial arts facility offering nearly 1,500 sq. ft. of matted space. We have both men's and women's changing facilities. Our one-of-a-kind mezzanine viewing space offers comfort, lounging, and entertainment as visitors look down on our main training area. We also have a Pro Shop on site for all your martial arts needs!
